Take Authority Over Allergy

Holy Father, we praise You for being Jehovah Rapha! May Your name be known in the midst of Your people. We pray that You stretch forth the hand of your Holy Son Jesus Christ and minister Your power to heal and deliver from every kind of sickness, disease, malady, disorder and infirmity.

We declare, “by the stripes of Jesus we are healed”. We call ourselves “healed” from allergic rhinitis and all that causes cold-like signs and symptoms. We believe in deliverance from this runny nose, post nasal drip, swollen and itchy eyes, congestion, coughs, sneezing, sinus pressure and body fatigue.

We take authority over the atmosphere that causes allergic responses. We call for relief from outdoor and indoor allergens, pollen, dust mites, shedding by cats, dogs, and all other pet dander. We call for freedom from both seasonal and perennial symptoms that come from tree pollen, grass pollen, ragweed pollen and spores from fungi and molds.

Father, I thank you that Your power rests on this mortal body. You forgive all my iniquities and heal all my diseases. I believe I receive in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen

The Third Day Doctrine

This is the time of year when scholars and saints alike have armed themselves with arguments. This is their time to argue over whether Jesus died on Friday and how do you get three days and three nights in the grave? Breathe! You don’t have to believe that Jesus died on a Friday in order to be saved. Did you read that? The Christ, The Cross and The Crucifixion, not civil calendars shape our faith and its claims.

You must believe that Jesus was raised on “the third day” in order to be saved. Jesus never prophesied or promised that He would die on a Friday. What Jesus prophesied and promised was to come back from death on the third day. This revelation and doctrine is essential to the person, work and ministry of Jesus. If Jesus did not rise from death on the third day he is a false prophet and our faith is a fraud. Howbeit, Jesus is not false and our faith is not fraudulent. The Scriptures are replete with the revelation of The Resurrection.

Matthew 12:40: … For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

Matthew 16:21: From that time forth began Jesus to show unto his disciples, how the he must go to Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day.

Matthew 17:23: And they shall kill him, and the third day he shall be raised again.

Matthew 20:19: And shall deliver him to the Gentiles to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify him: and the third day he shall rise again.

Matthew 26:61: And said, This fellow said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days.

Matthew 27:63: Saying, Sir, we remember that this deceiver said, while he was yet alive, after three days I will rise again.

Mark 8:31: And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and killed and after three days rise again.

Mark 9:31: For he taught his disciples, and said unto them, The Son of man is delivered into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after he is killed, he shall rise the third day.

Mark 10:34: And they shall mock him, and shall scourge him, and shall spit upon him, and shall kill him: and the third day he shall rise again.

Mark 14:58: We heard him say, I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and within three days I will build another made without hands.

Mark 15:29: And they that passed by railed on him, wagging their heads, and saying, Ah, thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days….

Luke 13:32: And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third day I shall be perfected.

Luke 18:33: And they shall scourge him, and put him to death: and the third day he shall rise again.

Luke 24:7: Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.

Luke 24:21: But we trusted it had been he which should have redeemed Israel: and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done.

Luke 24:46: And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it was fit for Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day.

John 2:19: Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple [His body], and in three days I will raise it up.

Acts 10:40: Him God raised up the third day, and showed him openly.

1 Corinthians 15:4: And that he was buried, and the he rose again the third day according to the scriptures…

Fifty Days of Power

“Ready for The Refill” (Acts 4:31)

Sunday, April 17th – Sunday, June 5th (2022)

We need refills. The Word of God reminds the new creation believer that we can experience refreshing, revivals and renewals in the Holy Spirit. We urge every Prayer Partner to join us in reading and praying through the Book of Acts. This is more than our annual routine. This is our time to recall and receive the “more power” we need from The Holy Spirit.  Greater prayers and bigger plans need more of His power!

Seven Signs of a Praying Church

I pastor a church that has as its primary purpose the praxis of prayer. We are led by the Holy Spirit to give ourselves continually to prayer. We are a part of the end-time fulfillment of Isaiah 56:7. It is our core vision. This is the Scripture Jesus will cite and quote when he enters the temple in Jerusalem and cleanses it. Jesus says, “It is written, My house shall be called a house of prayer…” (Matthew 21:13). The primacy of prayer in every church is established in Scriptures and expected by Jesus Christ, The Head of The Church. Any pastor or church that seeks to be branded or marketed by any other ministry or spiritual gift is outside of and in opposition to the prophetic purpose of the church.

Here are seven signs of a praying church:

  1. Praying – a praying church is not just encouraging prayer, studying prayer and teaching prayer. A praying church prays. Corporate gatherings and daily disciplines of prayer are normative in a praying church. We say, “Every leader, an intercessor and every member, a prayer partner”.
  2. Reading – a praying church is always reading The Word. The power of prayer is rooted in The Word of God. The more we read The Word the more promises we discover. The more we read The Word the more we can memorize, decree and declare what God has given us.
  3. Anticipating – a praying church is a forward looking and future thinking church. There is always a joyfulness in the people of prayer. What does God want to do now? Where does God want to take us next? Hope is always alive and well in the midst of praying people.
  4. Yielding – a praying church is surrendered and submitted to Christ and His kingdom agenda. Worship is prostrating and bowing. The worship of a church is a good indicator of its heart for The Father. Praying people want to be to led by the Spirit and fed by The Word. Rebellion to leadership and resistance to change does not fit nor flow in the culture of a praying church.
  5. Investing – a praying church is tithing, giving, underwriting and supporting missions and the expansion of world-wide prayer. We say, “Prayer is our passion and Everywhere is our mission.” Any church that commits to prayer and missions is investing in souls, eternity and the glory of God.
  6. Networking – a praying church is building relationships with other pastors, churches and movements that are committed to the praxis of prayer. There is a “remnant consciousness” in a praying church. There is a knowing that there are others around the world who are being assigned and anointed to lead The Body of Christ in prayer and intercession.
  7. Going – a praying church is a sending church. “The house of prayer” is without walls. Every member is a “living, breathing, walking, house of prayer.” “Go” is the great commission of intercession. Praying churches don’t “lose” members; they send members. “Bring them in, grow them up and send them out!” That is the apostolic process.

Dr. T.L. Lowery

Dr. T. L. Lowery is the dignified and departed apostolic patriarch of Prayer Everywhere. He is one of the most renowned Christian pioneers and leaders in the 20th and 21st centuries. Few men or women of God knew God, the Word and the work like Dr. Lowery. He was par exelis as a spiritual general, a mega church planter, an intercessor and a godly statesman throughout The Body of Christ.

Dr. T.L. Lowery departed this life on February 21st, 2016. His mantle was passed and a new generation of apostolic ministry emerged. He is the apostolic mentor and spiritual father of Bishop Sean Teal. Dr. Lowery literally wrote the book on Apostles and Prophets: Reclaiming the Biblical Gifts. See / T.L. Lowery Books.

I knew who Dr. Lowery was when I was a boy preacher in Richmond, California. He was one of the most famed healing evangelists in the days of Oral Roberts, T.L. Osborn and Kathryn Kuhlman. He held tent meetings throughout the fifties. He would have 10,000 in attendance nightly for weeks at a time. Miracles marked his ministry.

I knew him as that White preacher that had thousands of Black members in Washington, DC. Nearly forty different nations and over seventy dialects. Africans, Caribbeans and African Americans loved his love and his leadership. He traveled to over 120 nations in his lifetime.

He was building elderly and low income housing complexes, running a child care center, inner city outreach centers, schools from grade k through 12, an accredited Bible college, a five thousand seat sanctuary, media outlets, acres of ministry property, including a cemetery for members and their families.

He was a ministry novelty. He was a ministry personality. He was a ministry celebrity. He blew into rooms with an endearing greeting and an enthusiasm for whatever was happening or was about to happen.

He always came into every effort or enterprise with the attitude that made you feel like we were going to have a great time watching God do something big. His genius and generosity was always on display.

He constantly spoke of spiritual impartation. He was one in the likeness of Elijah! In his seventies he began casting vision for the launch of The T.L. Lowery Global Ministry Foundation Center. He built it and we used it.

He was the best! I loved and served Dr. T. L. Lowery. I was loved and served by Dr. Lowery. I was his son. It will always be one of my highest honors. I am still in awe that God gave me such grace to know such greatness. I salute the man and the mantle!

Sean Teal, Th.D.

How Many Pastors Do We Have?

The  Modern Pastoral Ministry Has the role of the pastor been redefined in the staff driven church era?  Who are all these “ministry pastors”? Is the “senior pastor” also the “solo pastor”?

The word “pastor” as used in the Bible is the Greek word poimḗn. A poimen is a shepherd. A shepherd is a cover, feeder and leader. Strong’s Greek Dictionary gives this definition, “a poimen is someone who the Lord raises up to care for the total well-being of His flock (the people of the Lord).

According to the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 4:11 “pastor-teacher” is one of the primary equipping gifts in The Body of Christ. The pastor is necessarily a teacher. The ministry of the pastor is a spiritual gift.

The “senior pastor” whose name is on the marquis may not have a dominant spiritual “pastoral” gifting. The “senior pastor” role that we have in the modern church is skewed because it is assumed that every man or woman who oversees a congregation is an Ephesians 4:11 “pastor”. There are many modern pastors whose dominant traits are apostolic, prophetic or evangelistic. Even some senior pastors are more teachers than “poimens”.

The shepherding aspect of pastoral ministry requires the dominant traits of a nurturing nature and a caring character. A clear and pure people orientation should be obvious. This can often translate into relationships that are personal, dynamic, close and sometimes daily. This is the shepherding that causes shepherds to smell like the sheep.

The modern senior pastor has too many demands upon him/her for this kind of shepherding. The senior pastor is a spouse, parent, chief executive officer, church administrator, civic board member, denominational officer, chaplain, social worker, educator, entrepreneur and life coach. The opportunity and capacity to have personal and daily contact with members is nearly impossible.

The ministry leaders who are now being called “pastors” are surely necessary to help subsidize and underwrite the lack of personal and pastoral capital available in the machinery of modern ministry. The senior pastor needs other pastoral gifts at work in the congregation. Those who have the “pastoral gifting” will have the ability to nurture souls. They will have the gift to connect and care.

Ministry leaders are servant leaders. All ministry leaders do not have a pastoral anointing. Those who do can and should be identified as “pastors”. Their role in the congregation must be an extension of the compassion, vision and action of the senior pastor. “Ruling elders” and deacons are also a very important part of the pastoral paradigm in the New Testament Church (Acts 6:1-7; 20:28).

The reckless ease that is used these days to apply and occupy Ephesians 4:11 titles is alarming and alerting. The senior pastor must be discerning as he allows the gift and title of the “pastor” to operate in the local church. Those who are pastors indeed will need position and permission. Those who are auxiliary and ministry leaders are “servants”. They need pastors too.

Fast and Pray For America

We need a clear Word from the LORD for the season of this nation! We need to know how America’s divisions, insurrections and deceptions are affecting the world. In biblical numerics the number six (6) is the number of man and the flesh. January 6th was a day of flesh. It was a day commanded by the will of men.

By the unction and direction of The Holy Spirit I’m calling upon you and every member to join me in fasting and prayer. I have heard from The LORD. There is a delusion that has covered the nation. The delusion is from The LORD. I didn’t say that, the Apostle Paul did. “…God shall send them a strong delusion, that they should believe a lie” (II Thessalonians 2;11).

We will pray The Word (Isaiah 58:11). We will intervene and interrupt the devices of the demonic. We will fast for spiritual revelation and clarity. We will not be deceived or deluded by people or politics that are inspired by lies and lying leaders.

Water ONLY from 6:33pm – 6:33am (PST)
