The PENTECOST Creed

Having a biblical belief system concerning the Holy Spirit is essential to every believer.

The  P.E.N.T.E.C.O.S.T.  Creed

Prayer

We believe that the power of the Spirit is released to and through people of persevering prayer (Acts 1:13-15).

Evangelism

We believe that the power of the Spirit enables the believer to be a bold witness for Jesus Christ (Acts 1:8).

Newness

We believe that the power of the Holy Spirit is necessary for every new move and ministry in the Church (Acts 2:1-4).

Teaching

We believe that the power of the Holy Spirit teaches and confirms the truth of God’s Word (Acts 2:12-21).

We believe that the power of the Holy Spirit enlightens the believer with spiritual discernment and revelation (Acts 9:17-21).

Christlikeness

We believe that the power of the Holy Spirit is the only power that helps us minister with the nature and power of Jesus (Acts 10:38).

Outreach

We believe that the power of the Holy Spirit reaches out to the culture and into the community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ (Acts 18:5-11).

Supernatural

We believe that the power of the Holy Spirit is miraculous and can heal all diseases, sicknesses and oppressions (Acts 19:11-12).

Pre-Prayer for Pentecost

“And it shall come to pass in the last days, said God, I will pour out of my Spirit on all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams” (Acts 2:17).

Pentecost is a sovereign move of God provoked by praying people. The Day of Pentecost was “fully come” (Acts 2:1) because Jesus had about a 120 people who were totally committed to seeing His Word, Spirit and Power released into His Church. You cannot manufacture a move of God.

A move of God is when God is moved by people who would dare trust Him             and petition Him to do the supernatural.

The Upper Room Must Be Reoccupied

Where are the 120? Where is the cluster that will stand in the gap and make up the hedge? Where are the men that will lead us in prayer? Where are the women that will join the men in prayer? Where is the Upper Room in the modern Church? Where is our prayer priority? Where is our prayer passion? Where is our present day Pentecost?

Prayer Fire For Prayer Power

What a shame and sham we now see in the public prayers of modern church leaders! We need prayers that are heated by the flames of the Spirit! We need praying that is anointed, effectual, and fervent! Away with these casual prayers that ask for nothing great! Away with these prayers that declare nothing, command nothing or demand nothing from heaven! Away with these prayers that are rehearsed, recited and repeated like poems! Away with these prayers that are not weighted down by God’s Word nor anchored in the name of Jesus! Away with these prayers that string along religious cliches that have no truth, grace nor power!

The Prayer Warriors and The Prayer Weepers

We need praying that will call upon God to pour out His Spirit! We need praying that comes to the altar and will not let God go until He blesses! We need praying that will once again brings tears and will once again cause “weeping between the porch and the altar” (Joel 2).
The Power of Praying People

There is but one thing that keeps the Spirit from being poured out upon all flesh – our lack of prayer! Churches that are committed to united and anointed prayer are the key holders to the next sovereign move of God in His Church. We are not bystanders; we are participants, partners and partakers of God’s divine plan in these last of the last days. Praying people shape human history! Praying people are assigned to release what the heavens have been holding. The heavens are holding the latter rain for the last days!

Pray For The Rain!

“Ask for the rain in the time of the latter rain” (Zechariah 10:1). This is the time to pray for the release of His Spirit! Make no mistake about it! Our only warfare is a prayer warfare. The enemy wants to stop the rain and the rainmakers. The rain is resisted by the enemy because the rain will give, “everyone grass in the field”.  The enemy fears where the LORD is about to put you and put into your life. The enemy fears the progress, promotions and prosperity you are poised to receive.

The Holy Spirit is Your Best Business Partner

The outpouring of the Holy Spirit is going to impact every area of your life, including your finances. The “visions and dreams” that come with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit are not just for ministries, they are  also for businesses, entrepreneurial ideas and creative innovations. Praying people have the Holy Spirit as their primary partner in business.
