Pray For Your City!

It is my joy to pastor in Oakland, California. I pastor in a city that has many things missing for the next generation. It has many things broken in its city systems and governmental structures. It lacks many things that should constitute a quality urban life. It is nonetheless still a joy to be in the purpose of my calling and in the place of my raising.

New Hope is a house of prayer assigned to Oakland. It is from Oakland, out of Oakland, and beyond Oakland that we envision and expect our prayers to touch and transform. We are praying for your city. Would you please pray for ours?
