The Dead of Night

These are quickly made notes following the word of the Lord spoken to the Prayer Everywhere remnant on the National Prayer Call on September 12th, 2010 at 12:00am. Return for full text.

Acts 16:25 –  “And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God:and the prisoners heard them”.

The vision came at night.  The breakthrough for the vision came at midnight. This is a midnight moment. There must always be that defining moment when you know that the vision is going to live and not die and declare the works of the Lord!

The midnight moment is the moment when your vision either lives or dies. Either the enemy is going to imprison the vision or your vision is going to breakthrough the prison and break out the prisoners.

God has called us to confirm that the power of God is accessible wherever believers come into agreement. We can change any atmosphere through our prayer and praise.

The prayers and the praise are always first and to God. God is our first ministry and only priority!

Public praying is about to to be the means by which God is going to get a hearing. Before people will hear our gospel they will first have to hear our prayers. Muslims will not let you preach to them, but they will let you pray for them, in the name of Jesus!

If we don’t pray His name, we will never have the open door to say His name!
